Dear Miss Gowan, I am interested in applying for the Whole School Lead: Enrichment position at lda. This position interests me because of my skills in student teacher rapport. I have worked in various settings with different age groups of students and have developed a strong sense of how to build positive relationships with them. I believe that this skill would be beneficial in this position. I have also worked extensively with curriculum development and implementation. In my previous position as a lead teacher, I was responsible for developing and implementing enrichment programs for our school. I have a strong understanding of how to develop programs that are both academically rigorous and engaging for students. I am confident that I could develop and implement a successful enrichment program at lda. Lastly, I have a strong commitment to professional development. I believe that it is important to continuously learn and grow as a professional, in order to best serve our students.
