and other legal proceedings. Collect and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation. Coordinate preparation of correspondence. Proofread

and finalize correspondence and legal documents
such as pleadings
discovery
reports
and contracts. Manage
organize
and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems. Accurately document and bill for all billable and non-billable work and tasks according to billing procedures; meet annual billable hours requirement. Composes and prepares routine correspondence. Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and other professionals. Organize and conduct case-related team meetings as needed. Attend paralegal meetings and other meetings as required. Outlook and various legal software. Communicate and interact with filing clerks
court room assistants and calendar clerks. Liaise with outside vendors such as court reporters

etc. Interact with outside/opposing counsel to perform service of documents

and requesting extensions of deadlines. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Under the supervision of an attorney
