I have a proven track record of effectively managing project budgets, monitoring and evaluating project progress, and reporting to donors. I am also well-versed in developing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders, which I believe will be invaluable in my role as National Coordinator. Aside from my professional experience, I am also a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for community development. I have volunteered with various organizations, working on projects related to education, health, and women's empowerment. These experiences have not only allowed me to make a positive impact in the lives of others but have also further strengthened my commitment to social change. In addition to my skills and experience, I am also fluent in English, Amharic, and Oromo, which will enable me to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
