Ju Cover Letter

Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to apply for the position of Assistant Professor of Object Design at JU. This position interests me because of my passion for design and my interest in teaching others about this subject. I have a Master's degree in Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. I have been working as a professional designer for the past 10 years and have taught design courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a successful professor at JU. In addition to my design experience, I have also worked as a curator at a local art museum. I have a strong interest in art history and have curated several exhibitions on modern and contemporary art. I believe that my knowledge of art history and my experience in the art world will be an asset to JU.
