I have a degree in Food Science and Technology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and I have been working in the food industry for the past 10 years. I have experience in both the production and quality control aspects of food production. I am familiar with the HACCP system and I have also implemented quality control procedures in food production companies. I am confident that I can teach food production students the theoretical and practical aspects of food production.
