Dear Program Manager, I am writing in regards to the position of Research Associate at J-Pal Southeast Asia. I am immensely passionate about social impact research and am excited about the possibility of joining the J-Pal team in order to contribute to its valuable work. Through my previous research experience, I have developed strong qualitative and quantitative research skills which I believe would be valuable in this role. I am also experienced in managing research projects from start to finish, including budgeting and report writing. In addition, I have a keen interest in the region and am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, which I believe would be an asset in this role.
