I am particularly excited about the opportunity to further develop my skills in biosecurity, immunohistochemistry, and GIS, as these are key areas of interest for me. I am also well-versed in research methodology, epidemiology, and statistical data analysis, with proficiency in programs such as R programming, STATA, and SPSS. My extensive experience in project management, net mapping, and competency-based education, as well as my strong leadership and communication skills, make me confident in my ability to contribute to the success of the program.
What sets me apart from other candidates is my experience in both the academic and practical aspects of One Health. I have been actively involved in community service, providing consultancy services to farmers on livestock management and promoting animal welfare. I have also worked as a veterinarian in various dairy and poultry farms, gaining hands-on experience in diagnosis, treatment, and consultancy. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities at the human-animal interface, and I am eager to use this knowledge to make meaningful contributions to the field.
