Dear IOM Director, I am writing in regards to the open Diversity Inclusion Officer position. Based on the qualifications listed, I believe that I am more than qualified for this role. I have experience working as a project manager for a city hall. In this role, I was responsible for coordinating and executing projects. I have also worked in international settings, which has allowed me to develop strong cross-cultural communication skills. I am confident that I can easily work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Additionally, my role as a cultural mediator was highly appreciated. I am excited about the possibility of joining the IOM team.
