Special expert groups known as Mobile Justice Teams (MJTs) are composed of legal specialists and operate in both Kyiv and the regions to provide strategic advice and operational assistance to Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) in the investigation and prosecution of atrocity crimes in Ukraine. We are seeking a Project Director to join our international team. The Forced Labour Project Director will focus on the delivery of our flagship forced labour project. This is a management role within an innovative team to work on impactful human and labour rights projects related to forced labour. The Project Director will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the team in the delivery of GRC’s project; ensuring activities are successfully delivered in accordance with timelines; the delegation of tasks to GRC’s team members; sign-off on GRC’s project activities and the delivery of the project in accordance with the agreed upon methodology. Duty Station: Remote. Contract Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension. The Role Provide subject matter expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on forced labour workstreams including meetings with external stakeholders
including representatives from government and companies. Project Management: Coordinate the project including liaison with the Finance

Demonstrable experience in promoting the elimination of state-imposed forced labour and upholding rights at work principles. Experience managing and leading a US funded project. Practical experience working with a variety of stakeholders including civil society organizations
and governmental and intergovernmental institutions. Experience in conducting capacity building activities with civil society organizations
preferably in the workers’ rights context. Able to work on their own initiative and with limited supervision
