My academic background, combined with my experience in the field, has equipped me with a solid understanding of the complexities of humanitarian work and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.
Furthermore, I have over five years of experience working in the humanitarian sector, both in the field and in HQ roles. In my previous role as a MEAL Officer at an international NGO, I was responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans for various projects, conducting trainings on data collection and analysis, and providing recommendations for program improvement based on findings. I am confident that my experience in MEAL, along with my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will enable me to effectively contribute to the success of ICRC's programs.
Moreover, I am fluent in English, Arabic, and French, which will allow me to effectively communicate with beneficiaries, colleagues, and stakeholders from various backgrounds.
