[Your Address] [City, Zip Code] [Email Address] [Phone Number] [Date] IFDC [Company Address] [City, Zip Code] Dear Hiring Committee, I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the Gender and Youth Inclusion Officer position at IFDC for the GREBI project. With a background in gender studies and community development, I am passionate about empowering women and youth in agriculture, particularly within the context of fostering sustainable practices in South Sudan. The GREBI program’s commitment to enhancing competitive and resilient agricultural value chains resonates deeply with my professional aspirations. I am particularly drawn to the strategic focus on ensuring 30% participation of women and 50% participation of youth in green business development. My experience in developing inclusive programs has equipped me to identify and address the barriers these groups face, ensuring their meaningful involvement in access to finance and capacity-building initiatives. Working in diverse environments has honed my skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership building. I have successfully designed and implemented training programs that empower women and youth, enhancing their entrepreneurial capabilities and fostering a supportive ecosystem. My proactive approach and strong communication skills will allow me to effectively promote inclusive practices within the GREBI initiative. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the meaningful impact that IFDC aims to achieve in South Sudan’s agricultural landscape. I look forward to discussing my application further. Thank you for considering my application. Sincerely, Kiden Sarah Densi
