I have a comprehensive understanding of Windows and application software patching, and have successfully utilized Manage Engine Endpoint Central to ensure efficient and timely patch deployment. My ability to create various reports using Endpoint Central, such as inventory and patches, has also been instrumental in streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.
In addition, I am well-versed in access restriction techniques, particularly with USB access, utilizing Endpoint Central. This skill has proven to be crucial in maintaining data security and protecting against potential threats. I am also experienced in deploying new PCs, laptops, software, and peripheral equipment, and have consistently met and exceeded team targets while working collaboratively with my colleagues.
My proficiency in SAP and experience in supporting all types of IT-related problems, including software, hardware, networking, cabling, and MFPs, make me a valuable asset to any organization. I am well-versed in L1 and L2 support and have a strong understanding of Active Directory, IP telephone setup, and backup and recovery tools. My experience with all Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, 10, and Server, has equipped me with a strong technical foundation to provide efficient and effective IT support.
I am also familiar with help desk ticketing systems, particularly Manage Engine Service Desk, and have consistently maintained a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective ticket resolution. My experience as an Office365 Admin has also given me a deep understanding of the platform, allowing me to provide comprehensive support to end-users.
Aside from my technical skills, I am a team player and have extensive experience in working collaboratively with my colleagues to achieve team targets and goals. I am also adept at handling escalations and ensuring adherence to service level agreements, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In addition to my skills and experience, I am highly motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am a quick learner and am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills to adapt to new technologies and processes.
