promotional material suppliers etc. to obtain/negotiate best possible rates and conditions) in collaboration with procurement • Perform venue site inspections when needed • Be challenger and supervisor on site of quality adherence of all external service providers EXPERIENCE • Proven record of successfully planning and managing global events within international pharmaceutical companies including liaising with the industry
vendor selection and management • Negotiation skills when looking for the best price from venues
suppliers
and contractors • Detail-orientated. Good organizational

and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage budgets • Ability to work with people on different hierarchical levels and to establish fruitful working relationships • Fluency in English (written and spoken is essential)
