Post Level 3 Education with 3 relevant degrees.
Designated Safeguarding Lead training
Mental Health First Aid
Certificates Related Experience
10 plus years of recent experience working in a care and education
community
youth work
advice and guidance or education role with young people.
Experience of working in a post 16 educational environment.
Experience of working with individuals of different ages and ability levels.
Experience of managing a caseload
Occasional evening and weekend work e.g. open days.
