Dear Warden,
I am writing to apologize for not having my pass with me when I was trying to enter the hostel. I understand that this is against the rules and I apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused. I can assure you that it was an honest mistake and I will make sure to have my pass with me at all times in the future.
I would also like to take this opportunity to say that I am very interested in the position of hostel warden. I think it would be a great opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and to help create a safe and welcoming environment for all. I have a strong interest in student welfare and I believe that I have the necessary skills to be a successful warden. I am a good communicator and I have a strong ability to resolve conflict. I am also very well-organized and I have a good understanding of university policies and procedures.
I believe that I would be a great asset to your team and I would be very enthusiastic about taking on this role. I would appreciate if you could please keep me in mind for any future openings. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
K. Surya
