I am interested in applying for the position of Admin - Complaints Team with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. This position is particularly appealing to me as it emphasizes problem solving and attention to detail, both of which are skills that I excel at.
In my previous role as an administrative assistant, I was responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving any issues they had. This required excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail in order to identify the root cause of the problem. I was successful in resolving the majority of complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, and as a result, I gained a reputation as being someone who could be relied on to get the job done.
