Coordinate office management activities
including supplies
equipment and space modifications 2) Maintain executives’ agendas and assist in planning appointments
board meetings
conferences etc. 3) Identify matters of top priority for proper handling 4) Handle confidential emails and/or documents
ensuring they remain secure 5) Ensure timely responses to incoming requests or correspondence 6) Schedule meetings
including coordinating meetings between the agency’s Albany and NYC offices 7) Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
including the preparation of travel requests and vouchers 8) Meet and greet visitors 9) Receive and screen phone calls
routing callers to appropriate staff members 10) Coordinate responses to information requests 11) Prepare and/or review reports
correspondence or presentations 12) Maintain office procedures
