Dear People and Culture Team, I am writing to apply for the 2024 Graduate Program at Hicksons. I am immensely interested in this role as it offers the perfect opportunity to develop my skills and experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment. I have a strong academic background, having completed a Bachelor of Arts with first class honours in Psychology at the University of Sydney. My studies have given me excellent research, analytical and writing skills which I believe would be of great value in this role. In addition, I have worked as a research assistant in a number of different settings, including a large corporate organisation and a small startup company. This has given me a broad range of experience in conducting research, managing projects and working with a variety of people. I am a highly motivated and driven individual who is always keen to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am confident that I could make a valuable contribution to the Hicksons team.
