ensuring the mental health service runs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support
including word processing
preparing letters
minutes
and other correspondence. Assist in the maintenance of accurate record management systems. Handle queries and liaise with stakeholders
providing accurate information in a timely manner. Arrange appointments and coordinate meetings across various departments and agencies. Support the team with desktop publishing
organising accommodation
and processing invoices. Contribute to the development and review of administrative systems and practices.
