by delivering a high level of customer service and processing Human Resource and Payroll contractual changes and other administration tasks - many of which are based via our Case Management Service - MAX. You will spend your time processing these cases to ensure our peoples HR journey is concise and any changes that effect their pay are processed on time. The People and Capability Administration team does all of this

you will be responsible for: delivering excellent customer service via our Case Management Service (MAX)
via phone or sometimes email performing high quality and high-volume administration tasks to process contractual changes for the upcoming pay run supporting the hiring manager and employee through the employee lifecycle/journey processing employee information and maintaining the confidentiality of information
