email or in person. Communicate these requests to our team with a clear understanding of the clients needs to find the best solution to exceed their expectations. Submit and review proposals with the client for their approval. Set clear expectations for outcomes and requirements among all stakeholders. Work closely with our production team and subcontractors to ensure that the project details are included. Have the desire to commit

and follow up with customers to make sure they have an exceptional client experience. Keep track of key milestones and check-ins to ensure everything is on track and expectations are being met. Resolve client and project issues as they come up
by using creativity and innovation to come up with the best solution. Help clients gain recognition using social media or other creative marketing tools as an added value to our service. Meet with clients
attend trade shows & events
and make regular calls to key clients in order to build relationships and partnerships. (Online and in person) Provide feedback to the sales and operations departments on how to improve the client experience and give direction to company initiatives. Work closely with our major clients to ensure they are happy and anticipate where we can better serve them on future projects. This role will be based out of our Moncton office with minimal need to travel as most of the relationship building can be done over the phone and through email.
