To the Hiring Director at Hakkasan, I am writing in regards to the open position for a model cocktail server. I have attached a resume for your convenience, but I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and explain why I would be the ideal candidate for this position. First and foremost, I am a people person. I genuinely enjoy interacting with others and making them feel comfortable and welcomed. I have worked in customer service for many years and have always been praised for my ability to read people and adjust my approach accordingly. I know that working as a cocktail server requires being able to read people quickly and make split-second decisions, and I am confident that I have the skillset required for this. In addition to being a people person, I am also a hard worker. I am always eager to please and go above and beyond what is expected of me. I know that working as a cocktail server can be fast-paced and demanding, and I am ready to rise to the challenge. Lastly, I have a strong interest in mixology and have been honing my skills in this area for several years. I am confident in my ability to make a wide variety of cocktails and am always excited to try new things. I believe that my mixology skills would be a valuable asset in a position as a cocktail server.
