carers
taxi drivers and staff whilst completing other administrative tasks. We had a high volume of patients that had eye and hearing problems that after negotiating the traffic and finding a park when arriving at the clinic could be quite frazzled. I would greet them with a warm smile and kind hello while checking them in or filling forms in and arranging another appointment. In this role I could be on the front counter on my own or with other team members. Currently and over time I work as a volunteer at Christchurch Hospital in their shop or in the past way finding. I love chatting to people that come into the hospital shop. I help people from a cross section of the hospital it could be a hospital staff member

gift or a friendly ear to listen. In many of my roles I have taken payments and invoiced the customers or paid suppliers among other accounting duties. I have dealt with payments
debtors’ control and maintaining banking records. One of the reasons I volunteer is I miss chatting with customers/patients and being front facing and helping people and this is one of the reasons I would like to apply for this role
and I love working in a small or large team. When I am looking at your website the below statement resonates with me. “People are at the heart of what we do. It’s their stories that drive us. We don’t “treat patients;” rather
we support people as they navigate their individual health journey. “ I recently I completed St Johns First Aid Certificate Level 2 and are enrolled for the 1-day St Johns Mental Health Certificate next Wednesday. I love supporting people and updating my skills. With my great personality and ability to learn weather that be study or the many processes I have learned over time. I am so looking forward to meeting you and your team and potentially being part of your team. With many years in banking and other customer service-focused industries. My ambition is always to exceed my past performance whether that be with customer service resulting in a great customer experience or gaining further education to upskill myself.
