This position is particularly appealing to me because of my interest in working with children and adolescents in a school setting. I have experience working as a mental health therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have also worked as a school counselor in a high school setting. In my work as a mental health therapist, I have helped children and adolescents with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have also worked with families to help them support their child's mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also fluent in Spanish.
