Globelink Cover Letter

Dear Globelink, I am writing in regards to the tenancy contract renewal of 902 A & 903. I am interested in renewing my lease agreement with your company. I have been a tenant with Globelink for the past two years and have been very happy with the service and quality of the property. I am a responsible and tidy person, and have always kept the property in good condition. I am also a non-smoker and do not have any pets. I am a reliable tenant and have always paid my rent on time.
