I have also served as a mentor and coach at various youth sports camps, where I have honed my leadership and communication skills. One of the aspects that excites me the most about this particular position at Gerstell Academy is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and coaches. With a strong emphasis on academic excellence, I am confident that Gerstell Academy attracts some of the most talented and dedicated student-athletes in the region. As a coach, I firmly believe in creating a positive and inclusive team culture where every player feels valued and motivated to give their best effort. In addition to my coaching experience, I bring a strong understanding of the administrative side of athletics. As a former Assistant Athletic Director at a Division II college, I have experience in budget management, event planning, and compliance with athletic regulations. I am also well-versed in the latest technological tools and software used in the industry, such as Hudl and Teamworks. I am confident that my skills and experience make me a strong candidate for the Assistant Athletic Director position at Gerstell Academy.
