My name is Ashtyn and I have always been drawn to the field of education. Growing up, I was fortunate to have amazing teachers who inspired and encouraged me to reach my full potential. This has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the impact that educators have on young minds and I am determined to make a positive difference in the lives of students. My experience and skills make me confident in my ability to excel as an Educational Instructional Coach at Frisco ISD.
What particularly caught my attention about this position at Frisco ISD is the emphasis on collaboration and professional development. As an instructional coach, I understand the importance of working closely with teachers to identify their strengths and areas for growth and providing them with the necessary support, resources, and training to enhance their instructional practices. I am truly impressed by Frisco ISD's commitment to continuous learning and growth, not just for students but also for their teachers. This is a vital aspect of education that I strongly believe in and I am thrilled at the prospect of being a part of such a dynamic and progressive team.
In my previous role as an instructional coach at ABC School District, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of teachers and students. Through this experience, I have honed my skills in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies, providing individualized support to teachers, and analyzing data to inform instructional decisions. I am well-versed in the use of various educational technologies and I am confident in my ability to use them to enhance student learning. In addition, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills which have enabled me to build strong relationships with teachers and students alike.
One of the aspects that I truly appreciate about Frisco ISD is the district's commitment to equity and inclusion. As an instructional coach, I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that all students have equal access to quality education and I am dedicated to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I am excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and teachers at Frisco ISD and contribute towards fostering a culture of equity and diversity.
I am also drawn to Frisco ISD's focus on data-driven instruction. I am a strong believer in the power of data to inform and improve instructional practices. In my previous role, I have successfully utilized data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted intervention strategies to support students' academic growth. I am eager to further develop my skills in data analysis and utilize them to drive student achievement at Frisco ISD.
In addition to my experience, I bring a strong passion for education and a positive, can-do attitude to the table. I am a lifelong learner and I am always seeking out opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am confident that my enthusiasm, dedication, and strong work ethic will make me a valuable asset to the team at Frisco ISD.
