Hello Principal, I am Kenneth Reagen Ruiters and I am interested in the Educator: Business Studies position at Franschhoek High School. I have the skills and experience needed for this position, as well as a passion for teaching. I have been teaching for more than 10 years, in both primary and secondary schools, as well as in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. I am familiar with a variety of teaching methods and am comfortable using hybrid tools such as Moodle. I am also experienced in pre- and post-moderation, and am confident in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners. In addition to my teaching experience, I have also completed a Business Management and Entrepreneurship qualification, which I believe makes me well-suited to this particular position.
