In regards to my skills and experience, I have a proven track record in immunoassay development and validation, with a strong focus on ELISA, Meso-Scale Discovery (MSD), Luminex/ Bead-Based Immunoassays, and Ultrasensitive LBAs (SMCxPRO). I have also gained extensive experience in bioconjugations, critical reagent generation/ life-cycle management, antibody matched-pair analyses, and sample and reagent inventory management. My technical skills also include proficiency in confocal microscopy, cell culture, technology transfer, nucleic acid extraction and isolation, and data analysis, regression, and statistics. What sets me apart from other candidates is my ability to think outside the box and my passion for continuously improving and optimizing processes. I have a strong understanding of Design of Experiments (DOE) in assay development, which I have successfully implemented in my previous roles to improve assay sensitivity and reduce assay variability. I am also highly proficient in Belysa, MS Excel, Matlab, and Prism, which has enabled me to effectively analyze and interpret complex data sets. Additionally, I have experience in automation equipment optimization and validation, as well as BSL2 experience, protein purification, and molecular biology.
