For Character Certificates Cover Letter

To whom it may concern, I am writing to enquire about the possibility of obtaining a character certificate from your school. I am a student at XYZ School and I am due to graduate in June. I am hoping to attend university in the autumn and I need a character certificate in order to apply. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with a character certificate.
