Providing administrative and logistical support to the Finance Department including but not limited to:
Assist in filling and reviewing the archive
Contribute to build soft copy of our archive
especially for recently finished projects
Delivering correspondences letters to the bank
Maintain electronic archive of all payment documents
Previous experience in administrative or clerical tasks
such as filing
data entry
or document handling
preferable in finance department
Good level of English (written and spoken)Knowledge of computer skills
particularly in Microsoft Word
Excel
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to wok under pressure
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
