As an escrow clerk, I am responsible for handling the escrow process for real estate transactions. I am responsible for preparing and reviewing documents, communicating with parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. I am also responsible for preparing closing documents and coordinating with closing agents. I have experience handling residential and commercial transactions, and I am familiar with the Alaska real estate market.
