The Role We are on the lookout for an outstanding Customer Service Coordinator for a Fixed term of six months
who thrives on working in a busy team environment. The work we do is important and rewarding
managing customer related telephone and electronic enquiries
orders
and data processing. Our team understand our customers and have an affinity with our rural sector. Ideally you would have worked in a similar sector before
however what’s more important is that you have an aptitude to learn. If you are solutions focused and can manage a busy environment whilst staying calm under pressure
then this could be the role for you! This is a Fixed Term position for six months. Hours are work are 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday. About You Our focus is on finding an individual who has a whole lot of Talent! You are someone who is known for their excellent phone manner
has the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
and can work with both speed and accuracy. Other key requirements are: Proven experience in a customer service role
ideally you have delivered support over the phone before A friendly personality and can deliver an excellent service to your customer (internal and external) A positive high energy approach to their work
is organised and structured Strong IT skills - MS Office and has worked on a CRM Understands the importance of leaving great notes and communicates well with the team
