Take responsibility for developing and managing several NHBC’s owned
paid
internal and digital events ensuring they are delivered within budget (including any target revenue achievement) and to the standard expected (NHBC Staff Roadshows

200 delegates and Pride in the Job 800 delegates per event). • Interpret briefs from senior internal clients
developing
proposing
and delivering/managing solutions to meet the brief. • Mentor and manage the Events Executives – provide advice and guidance on event processes and procedures and highlight any development required. • Manage event suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
and budgets are kept. • Work to tight deadlines to meet overall targets
event briefs
and budgetary requirements. • Manage and track budgets effectively ensuring events are delivered on time and within allocated spend. • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of events along with the M&C team and deliver regular reports of results
including the setting and evaluation of KPIs. • Produce evaluation reports for your projects monitoring the feedback and achievements of events and define enhancements for future events
including pricing
communications (including all online channels) and promotion. • Manage multiple events at any given time
whilst supporting the events team on their projects. • Onsite management and support both virtually and physically
including venue management
supplier management
and being on hand to deal with last minute changes. • Manage and support senior stakeholders to support on all events attending (including Senior Leaders’ Conference and external speaker opportunities
