The role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This entails developing and executing comprehensive test plans
test cases
and test scripts to validate software functionality
usability
and performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
including product managers and developers
the role involves translating requirements into testable scenarios
providing valuable input on design and implementation for enhanced testability. Key Responsibilities: Perform various types of testing
including Smoke
System
E2E
Regression
Functional
Non-Functional
and Integration testing. Manage multiple testing environments and potential performance testing requirements. Coordinate changes for testing purposes. Utilize testing tools such as JIRA and Postman. Your unique contribution Your in-depth software testing knowledge will bring an instinctive sense of quality
robustness
and expertise to drive the best value from digital platform products. You will also need: A relevant Tertiary Qualification Extensive experience in software testing
with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. Experience in manual testing
API testing
and test automation concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ServiceNow or Telco experience is beneficial but not compulsory. ServiceNow SME or ATF certified SME is a plus. Ability to convert manual tests into automated tests is desirable.
