As mentioned in my resume, I have three years of experience in administrative work management of health facilities and public health programs in the whole Kathmandu District at the Kathmandu Health Office. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the healthcare system in Nepal and the challenges faced by the community. I have also had the opportunity to work with the Embassy of India, Kathmandu for the COVID-19 program for four months. This experience has not only enhanced my administrative skills but has also given me a broader perspective on the importance of international cooperation in addressing health crises.
In addition to my experience in the healthcare sector, I have also worked in the prison setting for the program of HIV/AIDS and TB. This experience has given me a unique insight into the administrative system of the central prison in Kathmandu, Nepal. I strongly believe that my experience in both the public health sector and the prison setting has prepared me to handle the challenges of this role at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
I am particularly drawn to this position because it involves both administrative work and public health, two areas that I am deeply passionate about. The opportunity to contribute to the administrative processes of the Embassy of India, Kathmandu while also being involved in public health programs is something that excites me. I am confident that my skills and experience make me the perfect candidate for this role.
Speaking of skills, I am well-versed in computer works such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am also proficient in typing in both Nepali and English, which I believe will be valuable in this role. Additionally, my communication skills, both verbal and written, have been honed through my years of experience in the healthcare sector. I am confident in my ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, which I believe is crucial in a multicultural workplace like the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
In terms of location preference, the Embassy of India, Kathmandu is my top choice. Having worked with the Embassy before, I am familiar with its operations and culture, and I am eager to be a part of this esteemed organization again. Moreover, being able to serve the people of Nepal while working with the Indian government would be a dream come true for me.
