I noticed that when the petrol tank was full, I did not face any problems. However, as the fuel level went down, I began to face unexpected issues. On several occasions, while driving at a speed of 80 to 90, my car suddenly lost speed, and the engine stopped. This not only caused inconvenience but also posed a safety threat to me and other passengers on the road. I brought this issue to the attention of the dealer during my second servicing period. However, despite their assurances, the problem persisted. I experienced this issue four times, but due to my busy schedule, I chose to ignore it. However, the gravity of the situation dawned on me when my car stopped completely one day, while I was on an urgent trip the next morning. This not only caused immense inconvenience but also put me in a vulnerable position as there were no service centers available in the area. In this situation, I had to call a mechanic to look into the matter. To my shock, the mechanic found a plastic object inside the petrol tank. This was not an ordinary plastic item but appeared to be a head cover or some sort of picketing material. It was evident that the engineer had forgotten to remove this plastic object while installing the petrol tank, leading to this issue. As a middle-class family, paying off my EMI has been a struggle for me, and this experience has only added to my financial burden. It is disheartening to see that a reputed company like Hyundai has such a glaring manufacturing defect in its products. I have video footage of the incident with public eye-witnesses, and as a YouTuber with a considerable following, I am considering sharing this matter on social media to alert others. This not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also poses a danger to the safety and well-being of your customers. This time it was a plastic object, but who knows what it could be next time? Despite this unfortunate experience, I must mention that I have always been a loyal customer of your company. I have been following the growth and success of your company over the years, and I must say that I am impressed with the quality and innovation of your products. I am particularly interested in the position of manufacturing defect at Dulu Chutia and would love to be a part of your team. I have been working in the automotive industry for the past six years, and I have honed my skills in identifying manufacturing defects and providing effective solutions.
