I am Christian Trogdon-Lipscomb and I am writing to apply for the position of Events Assistant with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. This position is of great interest to me, as I have a passion for event planning and coordinating.
I am a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I majored in Communications. During my time there, I was heavily involved with the planning and execution of a number of on-campus events. I was also a member of the school's Event Planning Association, where I helped plan and execute a number of off-campus events. These experiences have given me the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
In addition to my event planning experience, I am also highly organized and detail-oriented. I have a strong ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. I am confident that I can be a valuable asset to your team and would love the opportunity to put my skills to use.
