you will be responsible for the following – but not limited to: In collaboration with SRCS
support the implementation of all activities undertaken under the PROTECT/Migration Programme. In collaboration with the SRCS PSS Coordinator
support the implementation of the humanitarian project and provide technical support to the project staff and volunteers. Support the SRCS in the assessment
planning and implementation of the activities under the PROTECT/Migration programme. Based on identified training needs of SRCS staff and volunteers in relation to the PROTECT/Migration programme
coordinate and support thematic and competencies trainings as required including general protection standards
migration and displacement
MHPSS with migrants
humanitarian diplomacy and other relevant topics and provide post-training on-the-job support to SRCS staff and volunteers. Ensure optimum efficiency of donor funds
effective budgeting and financial controls
transfers and maintenance of compliance. Ensure that the activities in the PROTECT/Migration programme are implemented in line with the Fundamental Principle of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
as well as with the IFRC Migration Policy and Strategy
RCRC MHPSS Policy and other relevant guidelines. Coordinate activities and initiatives with key stakeholders working on migration and displacement in the target states and on a national level. Support SRCS in developing capacity and interventions in migration
displacement and protection. In collaboration with SRCS PSS Coordinator
support SRCS in developing capacity and scale up interventions. Monitor the situation and contribute towards data collection and analysis on migratory movements and related issues in the region. Develop an exit strategy for the humanitarian activities in While Nile jointly with SRCS and support its implementation.
