Talking to 50-60 customers daily about their general day-to-day banking queries. Setting up accounts for customers and supporting them with credit card applications or investment enquiries. Assisting customers who have experienced fraud or financial hardship. Identifying other banking products that might help customers have an even greater Kiwibank experience by referring them to our product partners. You need to be available for the full-time training which is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the first three weeks. On week four you will begin your rostered shift. Training for the work from home team is done remotely from home as well
so you must be comfortable learning digitally. Our contact centre operates 7 days a week
so we can be there for our customers when they need us most. The shift we have available is Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4.30pm. You must have Fibre Broadband Internet
NZ Residency or Citizenship
and clear credit history with no defaults
and clean criminal background check. As we allow you to work from home
