I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Communications and I have experience working in customer service and sales. I am a people-person and I enjoy working with the public. In my previous job, I worked as a customer service representative for a large retail store. I was responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns. I learned how to deal with difficult customers and how to defuse tense situations. I also gained experience working with a computerized sales system, which will be helpful in this position.
