Cottonwood Canyons Foundation Cover Letter

Dear Hr Manager, I am writing in regards to the Trail Crew Member position with Cottonwood Canyons Foundation. I am excited to apply for this position as it combines my two passions of being outdoors and working with others. As someone who has spent a lot of time hiking and camping in the Cottonwood Canyons, I have a deep appreciation for the area and what the Foundation is doing to protect and preserve it. I am confident that I can be an asset to the team and contribute to the success of the Foundation’s mission. Some of the skills and experience I have that would be relevant to this position include: -Strong hiking and backpacking skills. I have spent countless hours hiking in the mountains and am comfortable with backpacking overnight. -Able to work well in a team. I am a team player and have experience working on group projects. I am also comfortable taking direction from a leader. -Experience with trail maintenance. I have experience with a variety of trail maintenance tasks, including clearing debris, repairing trail damage, and conducting trail surveys. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a successful Trail Crew Member. I am excited to put my skills to work for the Foundation and help protect the Cottonwood Canyons.
