England. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management
you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives
including hiring
training
and performance evaluations. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments
such as sales and marketing
to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and retention. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management
preferably in a B2B environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
