Dear Hiring Manager, I am Caroline Edwards and I am writing in regards to the open Registered Behavior Technician position at Connecting Communities. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I would be responsible for providing behavior intervention services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is a cause that is very dear to my heart, as I have a close family member with autism. I have seen firsthand the positive impact that behavior intervention can have on an individual's life, and I am passionate about being a part of that process. I have a degree in psychology with a focus on child development, and I am currently pursuing my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in both home and school settings. I am familiar with a variety of behavior intervention strategies and am confident that I can be an asset to your team.
