In addition, I am skilled in utilizing variable techniques to ensure maximum participant engagement in WellSpark programs. This includes providing coaching, information and support to empower participants to use MySpark Central and other behavior change tools. I am also experienced in empowering adoption of WellSpark technology across all populations and interventions. I am committed to following established program workflow and accurately documenting data into electronic platform(s) in a timely fashion. I also contribute to the organizational health of WellSpark by maximizing key factors including the realization of variable revenue, displaying the positive impact of coaching through meaningful future cost avoidance and encouraging ongoing engagement with WellSpark services.
