Dear Cleveland Browns, My name is Andrew Park, and I am writing to express my interest in the Strength and Conditioning Internship role with your organization. I must say, as a die-hard football fan, I couldn't resist the opportunity to apply to a team with such a legendary name. I mean, who wouldn't want to work for a team named after a color and a type of bread? It's a winning combination if you ask me. But enough about my love for your team name, let's talk about why I am the perfect fit for this position. First of all, let me start by saying that I am a former collegiate athlete and coach. I have spent years working with young, impressionable student athletes, and I am excited to bring my experience to a professional organization like yours. Not to brag, but I have some pretty impressive skills that I think would make me an asset to your team. I have my certification in Strength and Conditioning in Olympic lifting through USA Lifting. I am responsible for tracking and assessing weekly weight goals, leading dynamic warmups, and evaluating student athletes' lift session form and technique. And let me tell you, I am a stickler for proper form. I mean, have you seen some of those weightlifting fails on YouTube? No thank you, I'll stick to proper technique. I am also skilled at modifying workouts for injured athletes and providing further education and instruction to ensure proper lift techniques are applied to workouts. Safety first, am I right? Plus, I have experience working with elite student athletes during my time as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the University of Tennessee. I even got to work with some NFL players during my time there, so I am no stranger to the professional level. But enough about my skills, let's talk about what I love about this particular position in your company. First of all, location, location, location! I mean, who wouldn't want to live and work in beautiful Berea, Ohio? I have heard great things about the town, and I am excited to explore all it has to offer. Plus, being so close to the action at 76 Lou Groza Blvd, I can practically feel the energy of the stadium from here. Secondly, I am thrilled about the opportunity to work with such a reputable organization like the Cleveland Browns. Your team has a rich history and a dedicated fan base, and I would be honored to be a part of it. Plus, let's not forget about the players. I have had the pleasure of coaching some pretty impressive athletes in the past, but I am beyond excited at the chance to work with some of the notable players on your team, such as Trey Smith, Marquez Callaway, and Juwan Jennings. I mean, those guys are absolute beasts on the field, and I can't wait to learn from them and help them reach new levels of success. Lastly, I must mention that I am a huge fan of your Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Craig Fitzgerald. I have followed his career for years, and his dedication, passion, and expertise in the field are truly inspiring to me. I can only imagine what it would be like to learn from and work alongside him. I am ready to absorb all the knowledge and skills he has to offer and bring them to my own coaching style. But enough about me, let's talk about what I can bring to the table for your organization. Aside from my skills and experience, I am a hard worker with a strong work ethic and a respectable character. I am 100% committed to the program and have a burning desire to pursue a career in the strength and conditioning field. I am always up for a challenge and am not afraid to put in the hard work to achieve success. In addition, I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I am also willing to submit to a background check and go through the interview process. I am more than ready to assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleaning and maintenance duties, set-up and break-down of equipment, and data collection. I am a team player and am always willing to lend a hand to other departments to help our players succeed. I am also excited about the opportunity to participate in the intern program, where I can gain valuable experience at the professional level and expand my knowledge in the field. I am eager to participate in mock interviews, present to the staff, and discuss weekly topics and evaluations. I am always looking for ways to improve and grow, and I believe this program would be the perfect platform for me to do just that. In conclusion, I am beyond excited about the opportunity to join the Cleveland Browns organization as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. I am confident that my skills, experience, and passion for the game make me a perfect fit for this role. I am ready to hit the ground running and help your team achieve greatness. Thank you for considering my application, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Andrew Park
