I have over 5 years of experience in managing teams and overseeing the smooth running of operations, including 4 custom studios in Camden Town, as well as supporting in Notting Hill and Westfield. In my previous role as a Gallery Manager, I successfully managed inventory levels and implemented merchandising strategies that resulted in increased profitability. I also led a team of 15+ artists and consistently exceeded sales targets, while also conducting staff training and evaluations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, I developed and implemented operational procedures that improved efficiency and saved costs. My experience in customer service and complaint handling has also taught me the importance of going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. One aspect of this role that particularly interests me is the opportunity to work alongside artists and create hand-painted custom designs on shoes and other items of clothing. I have always been fascinated by the creative process and would love the chance to use my skills in designing and packaging products. Furthermore, the prospect of hosting and promoting contemporary artists within the gallery is something that I am truly excited about. I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge of different artists and their work, and I am confident that my skills as an expert dealer will enable me to confidently and fluently talk to clients about our collections.
