Dear Hiring Manager, I am Anju Mathew and I am an Urban planner. I am interested in the position of an Urban planner at the City of Peterborough. I have a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Cincinnati. I have worked as an Urban planner for the City of Cincinnati and the City of Blue Ash. I have also worked as a consultant for the City of Loveland. I have experience in all aspects of Urban planning, including land use, transportation, housing, economic development, and community development. I am familiar with the planning process, zoning regulations, and development procedures. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am a team player and I am able to work independently. I am well-organized and I have the ability to meet deadlines. I am knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD. I am excited about the opportunity to work for the City of Peterborough. I am confident that I can be an asset to the City of Peterborough and I look forward to contributing to the growth and development of the city.
