Lead and supervise Admin/HR department to ensure smooth running of all administrative and HR functions in the organization; Oversee and manage recruitment

including thorough induction of CHRO protocol and procedure for new staff; Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair; Liaise between CHRO offices
and partners to strengthen better understanding; Assets and inventory management: Managing to maintain and control the properties of CHRO by project
take appropriate action missing and broken items; Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
ensuring that all CHRO property is regularly maintained and monitored via an asset register; Perform any other duties as required;
