The kapa (team) provides Orthopaedic Acute Care in the new Emergency Department in Waipapa and follow up care in the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department in Christchurch Hospital. This Reception role provides administrative assistance to the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department. This role plays a vital part in the effective and efficient running of the departments as well as assisting the kapa (team) to meeting their objectives. This role is based at Christchurch Hospital and requires you to mahi (work) Monday to Thursday
8am to 16:30
32 hours per week. This role would suit someone who is able to mahi (work) in a fast-paced environment and is capable of working in a physically demanding role. The reception desk is a busy space and therefore you should be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
